When a call is received by a CallPilot Mailbox from our local area code 604 the play envelope does not include the 604 area code even though it is received thru CLID. To prefix 604 to the CLID I try to add the "local prefix" in Messaging/Dialing Information - however when I do this I get the message "The number specified for 'Local Prefix' conflicts with mailbox '6045' at location 'CallPilot'.
I do not want to have to remove the 604X mailboxes and I guess they were originally added by the Meridian Mail conversion utility - any way to add the local prefix or resolve this issue?
