Can anyone tell me how to set the Callpilot where their mailbox password never expires?

You would have to set that up in the Class of Service settings.

If you are just looking to do this for one mailbox, then yo uare probably better off creating a new COS for just that one mailbox.

in the call pilot through the LAN connection go to mailboxes administration...go into Class of service...the first entry is class 1, on the far right select change...down the screen half way there is password expiry as copied here...change to "0"

Class of Service 1
