Dear All,

I have one small issue please help me in this. I have BCM 400 release 3.6 installed at customer site. They have PRI line, I have created the route for the PRI lines and specified it in the destination code for outgoing calls. It works fine.

But the problem is that the CallPilot does not allow me to specify the same or another route in outdial type in subscriber mailbox. Its giving me an error message saying (The line/pool cannot be specified unless a line or a pool is being used). Alternatively I have specified the PRI lines for temporarily solution.

Just select Outdial type=Route. You do not need to specify the Route number.

Hope this helps

Thanks it works. But if I did not specify the route number then which route the subscriber mailbox will use.

I have 3 routes:

Route 000 the defualt one.
Route 001 to access PRI lines for outgoing calls.
Route 002 to access the VOIP Trunks.

Best Regards,

Alaa

It should follow the respective routing set up in the system.
Ours is just set to route, and our PRI is set for Route 001, and outdial type for external calls follow that route.
For our Voip lines, the outdial just follows again the respective routes.

Regards
