This is a really weird problem, There are three ways to call in on the main number, via a 1800 number, a local did on smart trunks, and internal. When you call the main number and the auto attendant answers you have the option to thru dial, if you do and the phone hunts to callpilot because of busy status about 2 out of 6 tries you get "The person @ xxxx does not subscribe to this service" The message is not the dn of the set but the dn of the sdn entry. It does not make sense why it would not go to the sets mailbox every time, FYI callpilot is 2.02, and the pbx is 25.40b, all current peps. Any ideas. If it happened all the time I could understand it but not 2 out of 6. Thanks
