What is the size limit for users to send documents via EFax? I just had a user try to send a pdf file that may be a little less or more than 2MB and it didn't go through. Is there a way to configure the settings for the file size limit? I've been searching through CallPilot Manager and can't find it anywhere.

Efax? I don't think that is part of callpilot. But if you are reffering to the Desktop messaging fax feature there is one limitation :
The document must be no greater than 8.5 in. (21.5 cm) in width.
Open the document and got to file print and select the NORTEL FAX then ok and fill out the necessary items in the following box......
