Callpilot no meassage

I have A customer with a mailbox that will not play meassages. the caller leaves a meassage and in calpilot reporter it show it in the mailbox and the light lights. the user logs in to play the meassage and gets nothing. 76 delets it.

Have you tried to rebuild the mail box ? I've seen that before and that was what it took to fix it.


If its not working, get a bigger hammer!
