I think I already know the answer but thought I'd ask the experts. Customer asked if they can fwd a saved msg to a cellphone vmail. I say no. I figure they need to play the msg on HF and have a tape recorder near the speaker.

Try This!!!!!
Get them to sit at there desk phone ,get ready to play back the message and have them ring thier cell phone and be ready at the voicemail record section and press play when ready .

its only an idea.

But you can now forward voicemail to blackberry using the new features Message forwarding as a wav file to be played on a cell phone.

System (4.0) doesn't have any patches. Replacing HD tomorrow as per Nortel due to 'shadow error.' Can't load patches or complete backup. Gonna tell customer to look for pen and paper and start making notes from saved msg before I power down BCM.
