CallPilot Mini Mailbox DN

Hi all,

Can I hear the DN of the person set who left me a mailbox using the CallPilot Mini????

Using the envelope, i am able to hear only the date and time of the sent mailbox..

If the call is internal and the mailbox owner has recorded his or her name you will receive the name but no DN

I hve recorded the name of the mailbox owner, but still it is not played when hearing the received messages!!!!!

Try sending yor MB a message using F980 and see if you get the same thing.

I have received successfully the name but to do it for all the company's employees, everyone must have a mailbox. The customer doesn't have such number of mailbox license!!!!!

In addition, when leaving a mailbox using E1 on incoming calls, the CLID will be played when hearing the message.

Is it logic that the CLID appears but the internal DN doesn't??????
