Just installed a CallPilot Mini on a Opt11C. Customer has the main number ring in on a copper line, cross connected to a trunk card and is a member in an incoming route. It appears as line02 on several 2616's so the call never gets missed. They now would like the main number to ring at the original sets (no change) M-F 8am to 5pm and if not answered after 4 rings go to the Auto-Attendant Greeting table 1. Some of the sets the number rings on now have voice mail boxes. Im not sure of the programming/setup in the CallPilot Mini. Any help is appreciated.
