CallPilot Mini - Desktop Messaging Error

Hi All

We have a callpilot rls 16.00.15.22 connected to an option 11C Rls4.5.
We are using Desktop Messaging to receive messages on Outlook 2003.
The following problem happened twice in 1 month. When launching Desktop Messaging on several clients, we got the following error: Invalid Credentials. Please check your VPIM prefix, mailbox and password.
At this moment, we can login to CallPilot Manager from the client PC. So no network connection error occurred between the client and CallPilot.
Also, we can access the Mailbox and hear the messages form phone. So no user or password problem.

The problem was solved by only rebooting the CallPilot Mini.

We are using desktop client 2.50.06.17.

We are affraid the problems reapperas later.
