Hi All,

We are not able to make FDN or Call Forward All Calls to external numbers when the incoming external call hits an extension through call pilot mini thru dial menu.

Please note the below:
1.FDN and CFW to internal extensions are OK
2.RPL lists are allowing all digits
3.We are able to dial an external number if: Length (Route ACOD + Dialed number) <= Digits per Extension in the switch properties menu in CPMini
4.If we use a physical M2616 instead of CPMini port - FDN and CFW are OK
5.If the external number hits the extension directly (without Thru dial menu), FDN and CFW are OK.
6.Using CallPilot 600R or Meridian Mail - FDN and CFW are OK

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks and Regards,

Chadi.

What's your NCOS on the ACD phones

Hi PERRYPJ

It is not an ACD agent restriction.

I connected a physical M2616 to the CPMini port and the forward worked (test 4)
Moreover, using the same port, the forward is ok if Length (Route ACOD + Dialed number) <= Digits per Extension (test 3).

I may suppose that it is a CPMini limitation conerning the number of dialed digits but not sure if we can override it.

Do you have a CPMini and have this feature working?

Thanks.

Add new ACD with one agent and NCFW to your external number.
then, on your phone CF to ACD number...

Correction:

Add new ACD with MAXP=1 and NCFW to your external number.
then, on your phone CF to ACD number...
