CALLPILOT MINI 150 BIP RETARDATION

Hi, I hope anyone can help me, I have a Callpilot mini 150 integrated with a Nortel Meridian Option 11, and when an user doesn't answer, the voicemail plays the message but whet its done there're about 20-30 seconds before the bip sounds, later than that you can leave a message, some time before it was working fine but now I have this retardation and the users and callers are complaining. I hope anyone have an idea so it issue can be solved. Thanks anyway...

Is this on all the mailboxes, if so have you tried to reboot

I think isn't in all mailboxes, but it's almost in all mailboxes, it takes about 30 seconds long to reproduce the bip for leave message...Yes we've already reboot the callpilot.
