CallPilot messages send to blackberry??

I have a customer who owes me a couple of grand because he wants to be able to get his vm messages emailed to his blackberry. According to the cp system properties page, he has version 30.00.76.22. There is one seat of UM. From threads that I have read I should be able to do this with forwarding. Can someone explain this to me???? I have been able to listen to his messages on his office machine. Another complication is he uses Gmail.

Is this on a BCM, or a big callpilot? I not sure what version 30.00.76.22 is. On a big callpilot you need to turn on messaging farward rules in the class of service used by the mailbox wanting this feature. then you can forward messages to email as a wave file. Im not sure about a BCM or Norstar.

BombOne: this is a small Callpilot, a 100 or 150, used behind a MICS.

YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SET IT UP WITH THE DESKTOP MESSAGING BUT I THINK I REMEMBER READING IN PREVIOUS POST THAT IT MAY NOT WORK WITH ALL BLACKBERRY'S THAT THE CP SENDS THE MESSAGE AS A WAVE FILE AND NOT ALL BLACKBERRY'S SUPPORT .wav files may want to have customer check his phone for compatibility.
