CallPilot message timestamp

I have a CallPilot 4.0 on 703t Platform. When you leave a message it has a timestamp that is 1 hour ahead of the time it was left. The time in the switch is correct as well as the time on the CallPilot server. I also checked that the time zone was set correctly. What else would cause this to happen?
 
You should run configuration manager and double check the time zone setting. Also there is a patch for this that goes on the CallPilot server, but I don't have the PEP number.
 
The time zone setting is correct. It is also patch current. Any other thoughts?
 
run config wizard to have all checked and will resolve your issue.
 
not check off, but check/correct the time zone, etc.

Yes. You have to install a patch for Rls 5 which install a newer version of CallPilot Manager. Once you install that, run the wizard and check the time zone setting. It will be set to a time zone an hour ahead of yours.
