In my office we have the CallPilot 100/150 phone system. My boss needed me to switch his extensions. I figured out how to change his extension but now his old office phone has a message waiting light. Well of course we tried to check it with his password and that did not work. When I put in the old extension and try to reset the password so I could check it, it says "Invalid Mailbox". That makes sense for the simple reason that I deleted that mailbox. But I don't understand how a deleted mailbox has a message, and my boss wants me to receive that message. PLEASE HELP!
