Hi,
We've installed a BCM 450 with Unified Messaging into a Windows Terminal Services environment and have one unresolved issue.
Before we go further, Yes, we are aware that Citrix is supported but technically MS TS is not.
The install seems to work perfectly except when a Call Pilot user attempts to forward a voicemail message(by email) to a another user within the domain.
The email is received by the recipient and the Call Pilot player activates. When you click Play, an error message is shown "This message doesn't exist on the system. Try to play it using the computer speakers"
All the users have sound disabled in their TS sessions, so the CP players are set to use their phones.
The BCM is running current patches and the Terminal Servers are running Windows 2003/R2/SP2 with Office 2003/SP3 and Outlook 2007.
If anyone has any bright ideas, we can explore the subject in greater depth.
Thanks
