I can't fine how to give a user a information mailbox.

When you first create MB change type from subscriber to info. Then submit.

Thanks for the reply Marv . He already has a subscriber box with his DN.
Will I have to put a new DN on a key on his phone with the new mailbox?

You delete the existing mailbox and re-create the new mailbox.

Why do you want to change it to an Info mailbox anyway?

Reason being user has a regular MB but needs a seasonal announcement box for flu info and the like . If that makes since .

Ok but still need more info such as how are callers to get to this mailbox?
You can only have 1 mailbox behind a set.

You can say in the greeting the is Dr FeelGood please leave me a message or for flu info press *301 (where 301 is your new Info box).
Or the Dr (or reception) can Transfer the call to the mailbox via F983.
