Verify IP Address is correct
Can you Ping IP Address?
Did your CallPilot recently have patches updated - may need CallPilot Manager updated also.
Address bar are you entering IP address /CPMGR like following

Address bar are you entering IP address /CPMGR like following
Check the status of the following services on the CallPilot server:
IIS Admin Service
FTP Publishing Service
HTTP SSL
World Wide Web Publishing Service
These should all be 'Started'. If any of these are not started, you can try to manually start them.
FTP, HTTP SSL, and Service all depend on IIS Admin Service.
