Help! CallPilot Mailbox 4001 has been getting messages from "internet users" grXXXXX@XXX.org (current user's predecessor) and from himself skXXXXX@XXX.org. When he tries to press 2 to listen, CallPilot says that function is not available and disconnects his call.

When he gets to one of these, he can delete it and move on and listen to legitimate messages.

We have Outlook. User is set up with Desktop Messaging with Messaging Forwarding Rule enabled.

Any idea what could be causing this (and how to make it stop)?
