Unfortunately any licenses regenerated from KRS will only apply to options added after the Call Pilot was booted up. If the Call Pilot came with any pre-installed mailboxes (10 with a 100, 20 or so with a 150) they will be lost and cannot be restored.
All the more reason why you need to always backup the CP. If you performed a backup you can retrieve those keycodes!!!!
