I am moving several sites from Meridian Mail Voice Services to CallPilot. I have several TOD's and many Voice Menu Definitions. My question is, can app id's be linked. Example, a caller makes a menu selection for a specific department that has their own day and time controls and several different menus. Can I link app id 1 to app id 2? Thanks for any suggestions.

Yes. CallPilot Application Builder uses an export/import function. So you would first build the app that you want to link to, then export it. That makes it available to be "imported" into other apps.
Not as simple as Meridian Mail in that regard but it will do what you want. There is a fairly good explanation in the Application Builder help menu.
