CallPilot Licenses Report

Hey All,

how do i find out how many licenses are in use on my call pilot V 5.0 server i know i have 250 licenses total via system monitor but i don't know how many are currently in use.

Method 1: Log into CP Manager. Do a user search and do not enter any search criteria. It will list all mailboxes in the system. The mailboxes are numbered. Look at the number next to the last mailbox to know how many are built.

Method 2: Log into CP Manager. Go to USER and then click Mailbox Classes. You will see a list of the classes with how many members are in each class. Simply add the members for a total.


 
Use Call Pilot Manager
Go to System >Server Settings
Choose Resources from the drop down menu

You should see a list of resources for your call pilot, total available and total used. Just like an SLT on the CS1000.
