I have a customer with a Nortel CICS and CallPilot 100. They have had problems with someone making international calls to the point that one month they had a $7000 bill. They put a ban on international calls through the phone company, but some how this is still happening. What can I do in the phone system/voicemail to stop this? Quick note though, they use outcalling from the callpilot to call a pager for their emergency maintenance box.

Thanks for any help.

They are using Pick Codes (101xxx).
You need to build a filter blocking this and add it to the Call Pilot DN. Also let your provider know that you do not use pick codes.

Hawks, they can insert any phone number.
From viewing Callpilot and NAM reports it is usually a long distance number of sorts like 212 are code or alike but would do the same function as a 1010 #.
