CallPilot - Info Mailbox

System is a CICS with 7.1 software and a CallPilot 150 which is setup as auto attendant. I have created a home node with 5 options for the caller. One of the options is an information mailbox which has been created as a information node.

Question: once the caller hears the information from the info node, the caller is then disconnected. I have tried setting the node to Home and Previous but the with the same result = disconnects.

What am I doing wrong or missing? Please help!
 
To be clear is this a INFO node or is it the other method which is LVGMSG to an INFO Mailbox that you created under Mailboxes?....in this case it would disconnect.

Otherwise maybe reboot.
Make sure Return To AA = Y in AA/GTG maybe.

Thanks for the reply Curlycord. In the CCR tree 1, I recorded the message with selection options and it is applied to the Home Node. So if the caller selects 2, they get the info node that plays a message then disconnects. I also have transfer nodes that work fine. Under auto-attendant properties, I have return to auto-attendant selected. I do not have a menu repeat key identified in the greeting table 1 so as to hear the selections again.

Could it be that the menu repeat key must be active so the return to previous will work in the info node?
 
Menu repeat or Return to AA has nothing to do with an info node. Options are disconnect, previous menu or Home. How did you program? Telset or browser? Check the setting using method you DIDN'T use. Curly might be right... reboot the CP.
