CallPilot ICON in outlook 2007 toolbar

Hi all,

We have few users on outlook 2007 with multiple profile. Call Pilot ICONs doesn't appear on Outlook for those users.
We tried to add CP desktop messaging to default profile and also tried reinstalling CP Desktop messaging but problem still persists.
ALso user is not able to use Call Pilot form to play message.

NOTE: Users with sinlge profile on outlook works fine.
Call Pilot Desktop messaging = 05.0041.112

You have to go into the start menu/ nortel desktop and add to outlook. Then when Outlook opens and you select witch profile to use the one you choose needs to be the default. You might need to reboot after changing the default.

Many thanks cook1082, I did try this but its not working.
I did try reinstalling CallPilot desktop messaging (after deleting Registry)but it comesup with same result.

I am wondering, does it suppose to work with multiple profile?
