We have CallPilot 4.0.4, Succession 3.0 (Option 81) and Symposium 4.2
We recently upgraded to CallPilot 4.0.4. from Meridian Mail 13. Our scripts in Symposium will send callers to a menu (via GIVE IVR) after they've been holding for 60 seconds where they can press 1 to leave a messsage.
In Meridian Mail we did this by programming key 1 in the menu to CL (call) the phantom DN of the mailbox. Since CL doesn't exist in CallPilot we used a Call Transfer block to do the same thing. We never had any problem with Meridian Mail, but with CallPilot each time this happens the PBX spits out a BUG195 error with the Symposium script's CDN.
If I use an Express Message block instead of Call Transfer we don't get an error, but the call will peg as abandoned on the historical reports and we can't have that.
Has anyone else experienced this or know of a way to correct it?
Thanks,
Greg
