Callpilot General Mailbox Greeting

I have a Norstar CICS with 7.1 software and a Callpilot 100. I am using Callpilot Manager to administer the voicemail.

2 questions about the general mailbox...

1 - I have gone into mailbox 10 and recorded a greeting but the standard default message plays instead when callers are answered by the general mailbox. How do you get a personalized greeting to play for the general mailbox?

2 - Norstar set - Stn. 21 - does not have a voicemail box but I would like the msg waiting light to come on when the general message mailbox has messages waiting to be heard. Do you go into general mailbox 10 settings and change the extension number from 10 to 21?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

You need to choose the greeting

And yes you set the extension for mailbox 10 to 21

I'm not sure where I choose the greeting for the general mailbox. I have gone into add/delete mailboxes - clicked change on mailbox 10 - recorded greeting.

So I must be missing a step...please help point me in the right direction.

You should just have to login to mailbox 10 using F981 and record the personal greeting.
