CallPilot FaxServer 2.5

We're working with Windows XP. For some reason, when we want to forward a fax, it hangs in the Outlook email "outbox" until you either a) send a regular email, or b) hit the send/receive button on the toolbar. I've been through all the setups and can't see where I can tell the system to send the forwarded message when the "envelope (send)" icon is selected on the toolbar.

Hope this makes sense.
