Hello All
We had an issue recently requiring me to res-seat the CallPilot card in our CS1000e. This resolved the issue, however, when the client sends a fax, via Desktop Messaging, the fax reaches the target destination, but the sender is not receiving a delivery confirmation. This was not a problem prior to re-seating the CallPilot card. Any ideas?
