CallPilot FAX Server vs Microsoft Exchange 2007 & FAX Service...

We are about ready to use our CallPilots to do FAX serving. Our IT/Server guys are bringing in Microsoft to show us Exchange 2007 with their FAX services, which we are being led to believe is CallPilot.

Has anyone done any investigation on the differences between the two..??
