callpilot fax problems

I have a BCM 450 customer that is trying to install callpilot fax on the server below and do an addon to each PC. The server is listed below and also the error message that he is getting

Server OS is Windows Server 2008 R2

WinstFax Error/Message

Errors occurred during installation.
Please check the file C:\Program Files(x86)\Avaya\CallPilot\fax\%user%\winstfax.log for details.

Can anyone help on this

There is nothing in the logs where the message says it is

Are you sure the version of desktop messaging being used is conpatible with server 2008?

I was wondering about compatibility myself, but in trying to find out I question what software is it (the name) they are really installing as it seems all web based programming?
I have fax suite but never did attempt to play with it yet.
