CallPilot FAX Integration

Any thoughts on the issue below ? System is Option 11C at Release 3.0, CallPilot is at 2.02

Objective: We are trying to determine if we can utilize our Nortel Fax
system to integrate with the ImageRight Imaging and Workflow systems. The
ImageRight system requires a fax server to route inbound faxes to a
designated network folder where the Imaging and Workflow system can "grab"
the information and pass it into the ImageRight workflow system.

We currently utilize several analog fax machines within our organization,
as well as our Nortel desktop faxing. In order to determine if we can use
the current Nortel / Call Pilot system with the ImageRight system, we need
to confirm some functionality of the Nortel fax:

1. Can DID fax numbers be routed to a directory folder on our network?

2. Can analog fax numbers be routed to the Nortel Fax system, perhaps a
specified DID, and subsequently routed to a directory folder on our
network?

3. We need the ability to receive confirmation page on outbound faxing.
Can a confirmation page be sent to the original sender of the fax or a
designated recipient/ network folder?

Is it enough that every inbound fax can automaticly be sent to an e-mail within the company? Because CP 4.0 has the ability to do so.

I do that here, we have cp4.0 and I use phantom tn's DCF'd to the multimedia dn, then change the vmail class.
