Is there a way to prevent the user from deleting a fax in their Call Pilot Message Store inbox when they are listening to their messages? Thanks in advance for the help.

Callpilot Fax - Deleting faxes when checking phone messages 1

Not that I know of, but if they are reading on CallPilot Desktop and they delete it there, it will go into the "Deleted" file. So they would have to delete there also.
In other words,it has to be deleted twice with desktop messaging and only once when directly accessing the mailbox.. K?
