This one is weird, all 400 individual voicemail boxes have an overlapping external greeting that plays before the individual box greeting. I cannot find anywhere that this greeting resides to delete or turn it off. There are no distribution lists as of yet. Any ideas since the first thing callers hear upon entering someones voicemail is that we're closed....not good!

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like somebody has turned on the Corporate Identity. (A system greeting recorded by the administrator and preceding the personal greeting of all users during a call answering session.) You can customize the content of seven system prompts. You see these seven prompts in the main window of System Prompts Customization.
Example
“Welcome to RTM Productions, Online Products Division. Hello, this is Joanna Parker. I’m not at my phone right now. Please leave a message, and I’ll return
your call as soon as possible.”
The first sentence is the system greeting. The remainder of the message is the user’s personal greeting.
Go to CallPilot System > Messaging Administration > System Prompts Customization. You can listen and change it from there.

I don't see Messaging Administration under System in CallPilot Manager for System Prompt Prompts Customization?
I look forward to your response...thanks!

Found it. I don't have the Interface Client installed. How can I access the prompts otherwise?

I see 7 prompts with grayed out words and none are what are playing?
