I dont quite understand. Are you trying to have the users access there voice messages from off premise? If so, all you need to do is setup that line to be answered by an AA and then the users press ** from there. Or you could use the Express Messaging line to the GDM.

sorry for my english.
For the AA i need to assign a greeting Table with a CCR tree, isn't it ?

CCR tree isn't necessary just a greeting table.

can't you just dial the CallPilot DN, the one you get when you do F985, during the AA?

hello,

i configured a Greeting table which is assign to a line. When i call the did number, i have a greeting that said: give the name of the person you want to reach and if i press ** it's not working (repeat the greeting)

thanks for your help

BCM mailboxes usually uses 88 (NVM) not **.(CP)
IF you are dialling in using a DIRECT DIAL NUMBER assigned to the extension and the extn is forwared to Mailbox.
Then you hear your mailbox annoucement press 88 then you will be asked for the MAILBOX NUMBER and PASSWORD followed by #. you can now follow the prompts and listen to messages.

If you use AA then just press * then enter the MAILBOX number or just enter the extn number then follow the method above(88).

Hope this is not to confusing

New to BCM and have users that can't access voicemail boxes remotely. When they press ** at the AA greeting they just hear "exiting the system" and it disconnects. They have all initialized their mailboxes already. Any ideas?
