Callpilot Event Viewer Error ID# 42811

In Callpilot what is the error in the Event Viewer, ID number 42811? Source = AML_TSP. Description: "Invalid AML Message Detected and Ignored. LINE =Exception occured while parsing"

The error occurs and time stamps every minute. The system is running fine, no problems and this error has been occurring for a long time but I want to find out why? Is it related to call drops, ghost messages in voice mail, application builder, desk top messenger, SU07? What is causing this error. Help. Thanks.

What server type? What Release is it on and what is the latest SU and Call Pilot Manager PEP?

Still not sure what Platform you have, however. SU 11 is the latest SU available. You are way behind on PEPS. I would start there.

Any idea what the error could indicate? Yes, we are very behind because we have a Dialer that relies on TAPI services. We cannot upgrade or update as it will impact TAPI. Currently, we are installing an Avaya Procative Contact Dialer. Once the project is complete and all users are off the old Dialer we can then upgrade and update since we will no longer rely on TAPI. Does it sounds to you this error is more than likely related to the SU level?

If you have SU06 on the server there is apparently a known issue with event 42811 that is fixed with PEP CP500S06G010S.
Anyway I don't see how updating CallPilot would affect a TAPI application.
