In Callpilot what is the error in the Event Viewer, ID number 42811? Source = AML_TSP. Description: "Invalid AML Message Detected and Ignored. LINE =Exception occured while parsing"
The error occurs and time stamps every minute. The system is running fine, no problems and this error has been occurring for a long time but I want to find out why? Is it related to call drops, ghost messages in voice mail, application builder, desk top messenger, SU07? What is causing this error. Help. Thanks.
