CallPilot Error - HELP

Event from MTA server [MTA]: Error from function but ignored by the MTA. Additional information: FindArcBoxMessage, rc=1450,RegCreateKeyEx (could not open MTA Registry Key 5aa)

Does anyone have any ideas why we started getting this error message? Suggestions?

Don't take this as gospel, but MTA generally refers to Mail Transfer/Transport Agent.

Are you having problems with Desktop Msging and the Message Forwarding Rules?

That I'm not 100% sure of. Nobody is complaining of anything and only a hand-full of people are using it. I'm not sure why that error is showing up in the logs so I'm not sure how to troubleshoot it or what could be causing that error.
