CallPilot error code 60621

Hello,

I received the following error when trying to add a user to callpilot.

"The number specified for 'Mailbox Number' conflicts with the broadcast number." Error code: 60621.

I looked up the return code and the recovery action simply said to select another mailbox number. This doesn't make sense seeing that the number DN I entered is the one I need to create.

Any thoughts?

Mailbox number for GR users: 5555 which is the DN I'm trying to setup.

What would happen if I changed the broadcast number?

Nothing will happen if you change the broadcast number, you'll just have to let anyone that uses the broadcast feature know what the new number will be. FYI: There was a bug in the CP software, that didn't allow you to change the broadcast DN - not sure what version you're on or what patch you have, but if you go to change the broadcast DN and it doesn't let you... you'll need to patch it or have someone access the CP DB to write that DN out.
