Messages says critical points to a problem in an application. Any suggestions on where to look first and could these cause dropped calls?

Make sure all your channels are up. Sometimes they will lock up. disable the whole bank of channels and bring them back up, this is done with the toggle all the way to the left. Does the error point to any certain service?

Do you mean a particular app. If so yes.

We had a similar problem. It turned out that we needed a PEP/patch on the PBX.
