Callpilot error 60695

When I try to add a voice mail I get an error code 60695 object already exists. I did an advanced search and I am not able to find it. Very new at this, any help is greatly appreciated.

Yup, just checked the knowledge base and both scenarios point to an issue with migration from meridian mail. Call ETAS and they will fix.

This problem is fixed in the new upgrade wizard software.

In your advanced search did you select extension DN's to see if perhaps the same number already existed in another users VMB as a secondary extension?

It may also exist as a directory entry user.
