Just found this community!

We are using CallPilot Ver. 02.01.27

We have a select few that were able to receive an email to their Exchange email box up until 2 days ago, when our Network Admin "closed a hole". He says I need to send the email from CP as postmaster@ourdomain.edu. It has always just sent as postmaster@ . I can't figure out how to add the @ouordomain.edu.

I've looked in CP manager and can't find anything obvious.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

Change or add your domain info on the CP server. Your network/IT folks would know how to do this, just warn them first that it's Windows NT 4.0

Once the domain info has been added, go into CPMGR and add your FQDN info under Messaging -> Message Network Configuration, select your server and click show detail, enter your FQDN info. Then you'll need to run the configuration wizard to update your search base.
