I just completed a build of callpilot (4.0 current Peps). I've also configured the information for email notifications per the nortel guidelines. In addition I checked this configuration with another working CP.

It doesn't seem as though email notification is working on the new CP. I've followed the Nortel manual but was wondering if there is something on exchange that also needs to be done.

If someone can provide some insight on configuration for email notification I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

you can also go to the system tab in callpilot manager
and look at the server resources to make sure you have
the seats for desktop messaging.
