CallPilot email notification when mailbox is FULL?

Hello,

We have CallPilot 4.0 released. The system setup to sends out email notification when users have voicemail messages. Can CallPilot send out a notification email to users when their mailbox is FULL? Not sure if this can be done.

I think this is done on the Exchange Server side.

I dont believe it will send an email about that. The user would have to attempt to log into the MB. Then it will tell them their MB is full. However, the users can go over their limit by default. This is an option in COS I believe.

thanks all, we setup the CP sends out email when there is a messages in their mailbox. The problem is that other people cant leave messages when their mailboxes are full. That why I want to see if there is an option.
