I'm running CP 4.04.04 on my 2003 server at attatched to my sl100 phone switch. My sl100 time and date is correct and my server time is correct. Why are my messages one hour off? How can I fix this?

I think you need to set the internet time on the CP 2003 Server to be updated via NTP.

Do you have sp2 patch installed?

I had this happen on a 4.04 system last time change. I had to put sp2 patch in and it fixed the problem.

OK. I will look into that. I'm also getting an error on my tape drive. I don't run the backup, but it looks like a bad tape drive. I'm getting an error code 41827. Any ideas? Why is it this crap happens all at once. HA HA!
