I have a cust. that wants to set up his callpilot so that if a 9 is pressed after the main greeting (for the alternate language)and then the caller doesn't press any digits after that, he gets dropped into the general m/b. This will work with the primary language but I can't see how it would work with the 2nd since a keystroke has already been pressed.(I have touch-tone gate set up.)Any thoughts on this? My cust. insists Nortel says it can be done.........Thanks!

If you have under Ftr982, Attndt Available, N. Plus, don't use TT Gate.

Thanks Deweyhumbolt..I tried the suggestion but it still drops the caller.TT gate is off. AA is set to not available. Is there another field I may be overlooking?

Where are they at? Are they in AA greeting? Or are they in a CCR Tree?
