I installed a 16-seat license via the BCM Unified Manager, and it sucessfully added "16 CallPilot Unified Messaging seats." But when I access CallPilot Manager and click "Add Mailbox" the note at the bottom reads "Available Subscriber Mailboxes: 0." Help!

Have you done any programming on the call pilot. If not you could try to restart and reset the call pilot.Did you confirm the keycode was on the BCM in the applied keycodes window.

To reset CallPilot, I did:

F982
Password: OPERATOR
OPER softkey
Option 1
Password: REINSTALL

It still doesn't get the fact that I have the licenses. But BCM Unified Manager inidicates that the licenses are fine (and I can "Confirm Current Licenses" and it displays an affirmative response). Not sure why CallPilot doesn't understand that there are 16 seats available. I have set up a few other BCMs and never run into this problem.

you need to get voicemail licenses ....
(that is different from UM)

good spot senk1s

I never even seen that you need a 16 mailbox increment. The unified messaging is for the outlook intergration.

I think that is it ... there are 16 LAN CTE, 16 Unified Messaging ... but not 16 voicemail seats themselves.

Thanks for the help!

If you need it straight away. You could get a 60 day trial to fill the gap until you get the keycode.
