CallPilot dial by name does not work on incomming CO and Pri calls

Dial by name works when accessing call pilot from an internal number however, when calls come in from outside on a co trunk or a PRI circuit CallPilot does not recognize the dialed name.

Any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated.

What release of Call Pilot do you have, and do you have directory search enabled?
