I have a customer who has Groupwise 7.0/7.1 beta installed as well as Callpilot desktop messaging. The customer claims that the desktop messaging makes the Groupwise software freeze. I have seen it freeze and it(Groupwise) freezes right after it initalizes the Callpilot software, so I see why the customer says Callpilot is to blame, but I am sure either their Groupwise is messed up or Windows has a conflict. The BCM is version 3.6, so I am going to put the latest and greatest patches on it, my question is has anyone else run across this issue, and if so how did they fix it? (BTW, the problem happens on both 7.0 and 7.1 versions of Groupwise)
