We can't get CallPilot Desktop Messaging to work with Groupwise 7. It WILL work if we install Groupwise 6, then CallPilot, then update to Groupwise 7, then re-install CallPilot. That's just not right. I've tried using the setup.cfg files from Groupwise 6, etc. No luck. We have a 201i Callpilot running software 2.02 and have tried desktop messaging software versions 2.01 and 2.50, but no luck with any mix/match except as described above. The install bombs when it tries to sync with Groupwise. The message says it 'failed to update the CallPilot Desktop Messaging Folder'. It creates the folders, but they remain empty. A file (nmgrwsrv.exe) hangs and must be forced to end before restarting the computer. Sometimes the re-boot indicates GLB1A2B.exe dll failed to initialize. Anyone able to help us out on this? Thanks.
